The 2018 Summit on National and Global Cancer Health Disparities: Current Challenges and Future Directions (#SCHD18) is designed to discuss challenges, and come up with innovative solutions to cancer health disparities within the United States and Globally. Various stakeholders, including world renowned physician leaders, healthcare and industry executives, non-profit leaders, and patient advocates have been invited to speak and debate at the Summit. Topics will include inequitable access to cancer care, innovation in reducing cancer health disparities, controlling costs of cancer care and much more.
There are opportunities for submitting abstracts. All abstracts entered will be eligible for one of up to five, $500 travel grants. Only top scoring abstract entries will be awarded a grant. Those who receive the grant will have one waived registration fee. Up to five more high scoring abstracts will also receive one registration waiver.
