i. To investigate the response rate (complete response plus partial response) of temozolamide for 8 weeks *2 cycles), in patients with retinoblastoma metastatic to the Central nervous system (mass only) in two strata: a. Initial diagnosis (mass only); b. At relapse (mass only). ii.   To determine the toxicity during the administration of temozolamide using 200mg/m2 PO daily for 5 consecutives days every 28 days for 2cycles
